Continuing Education CM Points
The VPPPA Region IV 2008 Annual Conference has been approved by American Board
of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH) for the accumulation of "points" toward the total
required every five years for Certification Maintenance. Region IV is
implementing a process for CM point accumulation for CIHs/CAIH and Safety
Professional certifications.
Detailed information will be provided (at the Conference) at the Registration
Desk.
Mentor of
the Year
At the 2008 Regional Conference, the Region IV Board of Directors will be
recognizing "Outstanding Mentors" and a "Mentor of the Year". Sites
being Formally Mentored as well as sites being Informally Mentored are eligible
for nomination
2007 Outstanding Mentor Nominations will span the period from January 1st
to December 31st.. Nominations must be received by
April
4, 2008.
