Region IV Board of directors would like to invite you to be a exhibitor at our up coming Safety Conference. The conference will be held April 9th-11th 2008 at the Galt House Hotel and Suites 140 North Fourth St. Louisville, KY 40202. The cost per booth will be $575.00 for up to two person per booth. If you need two booths the cost will be $800.00. If you would like to be a presenter at a workshop or a break out session please contact Carey West. Exhibit Hours
Wednesday, April 9, 2008 from 6:00 PM to 8:00PM
Thursday, April 10, 2008 from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Friday, April 11, 2008 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Booth Assignment
Exhibit tables will be in the space provided by Galt House near the conference area. Booths are assigned onsite, upon availability on a first come, first serve basis. Sub-leasing of assigned space is not allowed. VPPPA Region IV Chapter reserves the right to alter space if it deems necessary in the best interests of the exhibition. VPPPA Region IV Chapter will make every effort to consult with exhibitors in these matters.

Set-up Time
Tuesday April 8, 2008 from 8 AM to 5 PM for Drayage Company to set up booths.
Wednesday, April 9, 2008 from 8 AM to 4 PM for exhibitors to stock the booths.
All set-ups must be completed prior to 5:30 PM on April 9, 2008

Tear Down Time
Exhibitors equipment should be removed from the premises by 5:00 PM on April 11th.

Services
No additional equipment such as A/V services or telephone connections will be provided. Electrical power may be available depending on location in the exhibit area. VPPPA Region IV Chapter will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs.
